Hotel is located in a picturesque neighborhood near the Darro river and historic landmarks. the beautiful little garden provides a peaceful setting to unwind. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, some with excellent views of nearby attractions. Bathrooms are larger than average and equipped with both bath and shower. Service is friendly and attentive. Breakfast offers an assortment of breads, cereals, yoghurts, conserves, and fruit. the hotel's architecture and eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork create a unique and charming atmosphere.
One reviewer mentioned feeling unsafe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

The hotel was perfectly located, very quiet and the room looked great.
That you had to press a button of the hotel so the reception located elswhere could open the front door. Often it took quite some time before the reception answered. And they answered not that nice, but only with "si!".

Alhambra Palace both durng the day and the views at night. Sitting in a cafe being serenaded too by music students with the backdrop of the floodlit Alhambra Palace. The Famico dancing in the caves. All booked through the hotel on arrival. Pedro at reception was friendly helpful, very proffesional and very hard working, a ver great asset to the hotel.
As I had requested a twin room this was only availabe in the Annex of Sante Inis, which was lovely but, the T.v did not work ,the shower flooded the bathroom and we did not have any views but nearer to the main square with not as many steps as Hotel Carmen De Santa. We did look at Hotel Carmen which did have the views of the Alhambra Palace, a garden and a terrace and was a very special place.I Wish I had been informed of this befor arrival as I would have upgraded.I Felt the hotel was beautifull but slightly tired ,and needed sympathetic refurbishment, water in the fountains new curtainds in the bedroom we were in and not material wallpaper, a new shower, a T.v that works or not one at all. Nothing major just up dating and in keeping withe lovely buiding and its antiques.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The value for money is outstanding - you get so much for what you pay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable sitting areas and larger than average bathrooms. And let's talk about the views! The balconies offer the most amazing views of the Alhambra, it's truly breathtaking. The location is also ideal, right next to the Darro river and close to historic landmarks. You can easily explore the city, either by foot or by taking a taxi.
Everything was fine.

Staff ar friendly and try to be helpful. Some staff went out of their way to help with our needs.
Room was small and somewhat shabby. Although we had a glorious view of the Alhambra we could see on the roof adjacent to our room remnants of old clothes. Our shower was missing a handle and the radiator leaked onto the floor.

This hotel is set on a beautiful little cobbled street in the lovely Albaycin part of Granada, and it is a perfect base from which to explore this fascinating place. There were no staff in the hotel funnily enough (had to pop around the corner to their sister hotel to check-in and check-out), but it wasn;t a major issue. The hotel is in fact a renovated Moorish townhouse and lots of the original features remain intact, whilst our room was tastefully designed in a more modern style. Highly recommended!

I loved the setup of my room, the incredible, spectacular view of the Alhambra from the window and the location, in the middle of the Albaicin and yet so close to everything else.
I did not like the difficult access to the hotel. People should know that if they have any difficulty to walk or if they bring too much luggage , this is not their hotel. Also, I didn't like that breakfast was not served until 8:30 and in the other hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, situated in an old neighborhood next to the Darro river. I loved the beautiful little garden where I could relax and unwind. The staff were helpful and gave me great advice on restaurants in the area.
Nothing to dislike.

The room was simple, but nice. No hotel staff...they were in the other hotel, which was a little strange. Nice front door and entry way!

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the beautiful atmosphere of this hotel. The attention to detail in the restored arab house was impressive. The key location in the charming Albaicin neighborhood was perfect, as it offered both a quiet and tranquil setting while still being close to the main attractions. the view of the Alhambra from the room was breathtaking.
One aspect that could be improved is the difficulty in finding the hotel, especially for first-time visitors. It would have been helpful to have clearer directions or signage.

Lugging luggage was not good. Also parking and finding the place is a nightmare
